Wednesday Morning Yoga Series, Hybrid Offering

3 Limbs of Yoga: Movement, Breath and Meditation

Dates: Wednesdays, Sept. 18th- Oct. 30th

Times: 8AM-9AM

Price: (7 classes) $140

Next 6 Week Series begins Nov. 6th. You are also welcome to begin the series midway. I will adjust the cost.

This class will help you to open up your body and breath in preparation for seated meditation.

We will begin on the floor with gently movement (asana) to warm up our hips, legs and breathing body. We will then practice breath awareness (pranayama) from a variety of reclining or seated postures. We will close our practice with a period of seated meditation (dhyana).

To register, please fill out the form below and click the Sign Up button to email it to me.

I will then send you the Zoom link, my studio address and payment options. I accept payment through Venmo or a personal check.

Notes for In Person practice: Space is limited to 4 practitioners.

I have plenty of props on hand both for asana practice and seated meditation. You are, of course, welcome to bring your own mat or meditation cushion if you prefer. There is plenty of street parking near my house. I am also a block from the Minute Man Bike Path and on the #67 bus line. In bad weather, or if you are feeling unwell, attending via Zoom is always an option.
Attention those allergic to cats: there is a cat who lives in my home.
